Abstracts: This project contain design analysis on cad tool on aircraft components. This fixture is a work-holding or support device in manufacturing industry and a modular fixture used in multiple times and a different component. Cost – effectiveness analysis (CEA) is a form of economic analysis that compares the Relatives costs and effects of two or more courses of action. In this project we will design a modular fixture. First we will generate the model of modular fixture using a Cad Tool (Solid-Work) and analysis done by Cad Tool. Second we will doing Analysis on Modular Fixture with use of Cad Tool. Use of fixture helps to saving production time, maintaining dimensional accuracy and facilitating, quick and interchangeable assembly. This fixture will be mass production system for saving a production time. So, we have to design modular fixture for given Problem.
