Abstracts: This project is aimed to design a structure for commercial Residential apartments. The original plans has been modified and replaced with a new design. The building has a large built up area with G+8 stories height with as a result makes the project challenging. A manual calculation for some elements of the building was carried out to determine the understanding of the basic and also analyzing a multistoried building one has to consider all possible loading and see that the structure is safe against all possible loading conditions.
