Abstracts: In this project an effort is made for study of energy conservation by plate type heat exchanger. In order to analyze the performance of plate type heat exchanger at different mass flow rates and various other parameters like temperatures, velocity etc are use. We study the various themal properties of PHE like reynold number, pressure drop ,universal heat transfer coefficient, etc to evaluate the performance of PHE.
