Abstracts: Our project is to improve the Quality of the Industrial radiators in the company through six sigma concept by use of our skills and knowledge. In industrial radiators we seen in company that there are some problem in quality related issues like leak in header plates,Core section.Then we selct one model of industrial radiator CUMINS EX200 as the production rate of this radiator is high in company.And we start the case study of project upon it and found some helpful solutions for reducing leakage and reduce the customer complains on it by using of detailed Six sigma(DMAIC) concept.
