Abstracts: System will be providing support for customer’s management. Customer’s Problems, suggestion, information inquiries, will be recorded into system for technical support, which will be used further as knowledge base. Existing System is only on the EMR basis. All the problems of the customer, employee & product are manually managed. All the problem solved by either call or manually. There is no automation is available.The existing system is does not have any features of the online chat or mail. To solve the multiple clients’ problems by call is very difficult. As Customer Satisfaction Plays Major Role Today in Maintaining Company’s Reputation & Profits, The Proposed System Helps the Company in achieving it.
