Abstracts: In construction industries, permutation becomes prerequisite and juncture solves the crisis of material necessary for the construction industry. Paper and pulp industries are situated in many parts of India mainly in states like Maharashtra, Haryana, Andhra Pradesh, Uttar Pradesh, Karnataka, West Bengal, Orissa, Delhi and Gujarat. There are total 666 paper industries located in India from which 6.5 million tons of paper is produced every year. Paper waste can be recycled only a limited number of times before they become too short or weak to make high quality paper. It means that the broken, low- quality paper fibers are separated out to become waste sludge known as hyposludge, which can be available at very negligible rate, apart from economic point of view. Hyposludge has a very good content of CaO which is very good binder material. Some companies burn their sludge in incinerators, contributing to our serious air pollution problems This investigation examined the potential use of sugarcane hyposludge as a partial replacement in Fly ash brick. The replacement of hyposludge by weight with fly ash are 10%, 20%, 30%, 40%, 50% and 60% and lime are 0%, 5%, 10%, 15%, and 20% respectively. The water absorption test, Compression strength test are carried out to evaluate the mechanical properties for 7, 14 and 21 days. Considering above aspects and its properties it is advantageous to use hyposludge as material in making bricks. Thus making Economical and green bricks to maintain environmental balance, and avoid problem of waste disposal
