Abstracts: During our visit at Elecon, we were offered Employee Control System wants to get its work done from anywhere. Mobility, that is the first requirement of today’s trend, is not there at Mfg industry. That is a big problem. The regular work management is very difficult due to lots of paper work. It is very time consuming and inefficient. The regular work handling iand work control are not arranged properly. The work control of regular work were static and cannot be changed at runtime. Once the regular work allocation is created by the regular work manager, managers must have to follow the work. That makes difficult for managers to rearrange the regular work
