Abstracts: Indian Health Services (IHS) is the India’s Biggest Health Services ,aiming to centralize the country’s all medical and health services and also provide a comprehensive health information service that puts you in control of you healthcare . Every citizen of India will be provided IHS Number that is unique. This will contain whole medical history of an individual from birth to death like Gender, Blood group, DNA, height , weight and also what treatment is taken , which medicine prescribed by doctor , all medical tests , doctor’s remarks and all other records related to individual’s health. This system is under the supervision of Government of India so the database is centralized so the all medical services like hospitals (Government or Private), clinics, and laboratories can access the data of individual who will take the treatment in their organization and treatment on basis of the previous medical history. This system will provide enough security. That is the doctor can only view patients previous history and can add current treatment records, patient can only view his/he medical history & laboratories can only use part of information from patients medical history & so on.
