Abstracts: Nowadays the use of automated system in businessprocess is widely increasingin different commercial sectors;we commonly knew it by Enterprise resource planning systems. This proposed“AUTOMATED BUSINESS PROCESS” system provides user efficient working environment due to its Graphical user interface resulting in knowing each and every usability features of the system. “AUTOMATED BUSINESS PROCESS”system helps in easily tracking past records,generating invoices, maintaining stock and customer records through them and making quick decisions based on the past records. This proposed system is less time consuming and provides high level of efficiency.The calculations are made very quickly and the records are directly saved into database and can be maintained for a longer period of time. Each record can be retrieved and verified for the future transactions.Also this system provides high level of security against eve dropping as only admin can access the database. Even though there are certain features butstill contains some limitation. This proposed system does provide analysis of data but this cannot help in future forecasting of material purchase, etc. This system can be very useful for retail and wholesale enterprises for their day to day work.
