Abstracts: Problem Summary: In Any organisation many projects are going simultaneously. Top level executive wants to know about progress and also what is going inside. Our focus is to track the progress and employees details in a web application. For targeting this kind of problem we propose the web based application and in response the solution will contain below mention features. Detailed Information: Here are features of project tracking system. • Eyes on various projects • Track various projects • Manage multiple projects • Provide authority to levels of employees • Assign work • Top executive decides deadlines of projects • Submit work done to team members • Forward work done to upper level executive after task done • Executive can see status of work done • Profile of employees • Authority can create, edit and delete tasks • Report Expected Outcome: Every employee including executive has to login in a web application. And can see the profile of their team and also tasks. Top executive provides deadline and different tasks to different group. Using this web application top executive can see the status of project done. And employee can share notes or work done to team members. Executive can also see projects, including report generation.
