Abstracts: Picture to Text is an Android based Application. It will useful to people by giving the text of the image to the user input image. It will also providing the barcode and QR code Recognition. If it scanning the barcode and the number below the barcode then it will say that for which product this barcode consist.If it scanning the QR Code then it will give the information for that business or any organization it contain. It will also recognize the text (character) in the picture and that will store in the notepad.It is very useful to user.
