Abstracts: The idea is to generate pay slip of company employees using Radio Frequency (RF) and Biometrics access control system which is business application in a real world. The project is about finding an efficient solution by integrating different technique within programming language. The application is used for timely attendance management for a huge company having multiuser, multi-location and multi-shift employees which are control by Electromagnetic (EM) lock. The RFID technology for locating object and Biometrics to verify an individual identity with a unique personal attribute such as finger scan would be used in that system. The pay slip generation would be according to the permanent and temporary employee of company. The system takes care of leaves calculation of employee during pay slip generation. The additional module is the canteen management. The idea with the canteen management is to ease up the managing the canteen with the automated process. The front end of application is design in C# .net as a user interaction and the company employees .Database are maintained in SQL server as a back end.
