Abstracts: CRM is the development and maintenance of mutually beneficial long term relationships with Strategically significant customers.CRM is a business & and marketing strategy that integrates technology, process and all business activities around the customer .Customer relationship management is a widely implemented model for managing a company’s interactions with customers, clients and sale prospects. It involves using technology to organize, automate, synchronize business processes-principally sales activates, but also those for marketing, customer service. In this we are mainly focused on service module. This module was divided into two part survey handling, query handling, mail sending etc. In survey module, user gives answer for different question. And as per their answer system generate a chart. And user also gives ratings to technician. Effective CRM also reduces staff stress, because attrition - a major cause of stress - reduces as services and relationships improve. CRM enables instant market research as well: opening the lines of communications with your customers gives you direct constant market reaction to your products, services and performance, far better than any market survey.
