Abstracts: A rotary table is a precision work positioning device used in metalworking. It enables the operator to drill or cut work at exact intervals around a fixed (usually horizontal or vertical) axis. Some rotary tables allow the use of index plates for indexing operations, and some can also be fitted with dividing plates that enable regular work positioning at divisions for which indexing plates are not available. A rotary fixture used in this fashion is more appropriately called a dividing head (indexing head). The rotary table assembly machines shows that most of the malfunctions occur as a result of substandard parts included in the parts to be assembled. A control system has been developed which can detect substandard items and defective operations; the system can take corrective action so the next cycle is fault free, allowing productivity to increase. Our rotary table can helpful to attached different shapes materials on to the milling or a lathe machine for the different kind & axis drilling operation.
Experimental and emission tests have been performed for a single-cylinder four-cylinder diesel engine to determine the optimum operating conditions of this engine when used as a hybrid power unit. The operating parameters studied included; (BSFC), exhaust emission (NO / sub x /, CO, CO / sub 2 / and O / sub 2 /) and engine life. The results indicate that the lower BSFC of the engine is found when the engine rotates around 1 kW of load when the engine speed oscillates between 1900 rpm-2700 rpm. As the engine speed is kept constant, the minimum level of BSFC is less than 300 g / kW.hr at around 1900 rpm. The best operating conditions of the engine, for low emissions, are at a speed of 2500 rpm. It was found that the nitrogen oxides remain within the acceptable level (below 180 ppm) for such diesel engine.
