Abstracts: Abstract of Project: This project is intended to develop the tesla turbine for a medium scale industry. The aim of this thesis is to process the design of the Tesla turbine construction, its production and to carry out an experiment. In the first part there is a conceptual design and planning of the turbine construction. In the second part we are dealing with the creation of AutoCAD drawing documentation and finally with the working model development. The last part is dedicated to an experimental check of the machine effectiveness and to a comparison of the result by a numerical solution. This work reviews the physical principles behind the Tesla bladeless turbine, a device invented by the brilliant Croatian engineer Nikola Tesla. Following a discussion on tesla turbine, in this concept the working fluid enters tangentially to the rotor assembly through nozzle and casing. This fluid creates adhesive force with disk surface & moves them in the fluid direction. The dynamo is connected with the rotor shaft which converts the mechanical energy (rotary motion of shaft) to electrical power (electricity). The selection of components in accordance with the capacity of the plant becomes a significant portion of the project. Development of the schematic line diagrams for the easy installation of plant is another important process in the project.
