Abstracts: We implement angle plate jig for perform drilling operation on bearing housing. Which is decrease the total manufacturing time upto 15-20% and the machining accuracy is same for each job. And jigs have other many advantages i.e., interchangeability, saves operation labour, use lower skilled labour possible, increases the versatility of machine tools, complex shapes part machining possible, eliminates marking out, measuring and setting methods before machine etc. The main purpose of this project is to maintain high machining accuracy of complex shape and to decrease total manufacturing time upto 15-20%.
