Abstracts: Difficulties faced during drilling multiple holes on work piece like moving work piece for next hole Position, fixing it again with rigidity with respect the machine tool, aligning the tool exactly on The hole can be overcome by automatic job fixture. Automatic job fixture gives benefits to drill Multiple holes on the work piece in linear and cross-wise direction without removing work piece From the fixture. It gives higher production rate in drilling comparing with conventional fixture In batch industry with very little difficulties and cost.
