Which language better to do this project? And front end and back end..., and how I can do this?
In the context of a virtual library of scientific articles, the paper presented here refers to an original method of document representation for use of information retrieval (IR). The approach that we propose tries to exploit the logical structure of the documents in order to index them hierarchically. It also uses ontology to form content-based and context-based annotations. These semantic annotations allow to associate additional information to the documents, to specify some parts of it and finally to share them in the framework of a working group.

The retrieval of the information takes into account and stores the representation of the data, as well as the retrieval of relevant information according to the needs of the users. The search for relevant data for a given query that is done with few words taken from a general language is called information retrieval system. The documents extracted during the indexing phase are compared with the query. Documents that are most similar are given to users where the relevance of the document is assessed with respect to their need.
