The current online banking system based on the common software stack, which includes the operating system and its applications running on it, faces attacks such as phishing, pharming, malicious software attacks (MSW), Man in the Middle Attacks (MITM) and Key logger. Today's countermeasures prevent only part of these attacks or have a high cost in performance and usability. In this article, we introduce the Online Banking Domain (DOBank), a new security scheme for online banking that combines virtual machine (VM) technology with web services.
