Abstract
Soil quality and water quality are concepts related with the functions of these natural resources withinthe environment. Indicators and indexes can be linked with standards for the multiple uses of theseresources and can be used as guides for land use and land management planning, from the field to thewatershed levels. The design of a resource management system must accomplish the standards fixedfor one or more particular resource uses. Vetiver grass technology (VGT) must be designed keeping inmind this requirement. Experimental data from erosion plots, under natural and simulated rainfall, areused to exemplify how VGT helps maintain soil and water quality. Sediment loads are reduced up to90% in plots with vetiver grass hedgerows compared with those without cover and vetiver hedgerows.Organic matter loads are reduced up to 57% and total P up to 70%. Loads of highly soluble elementslike calcium are not significantly reduced. When VGT is combined with another technology, likeresidue management, risks of failure are diminished. Some indexes like the soil productivity index‘IP’, soil loss tolerance ‘T’ and ‘CP’ factors (USLE) are used to illustrate design procedures to useVGT in agricultural systems. The advantages of using simulation models and the need for soil andwater quality monitoring, at field and watershed levels, are briefly discussed in the realm of naturalresource planning and management. An international effort to supply less developed countries, mainlyin tropical areas, with these tools and procedures will help reach higher soil and water quality
Problem in soil

[attachment=32978]

We know that fertilizer increase the fertility of soil & fulfill the deficiency of all ingredients. After green revolution, increasing the productivity, formers used more fertilizer than inquire without any soil testing. In their opinion, put more fertilizer then automatically fertility increases but that was a wrong assumption because as a example A person used to bread & we give him pen then his need cannot fulfill like this if soil required for more phosphorus and we put excessive urea , then it create problem.
So excessive use of fertilizers that a degrade the soil fertility can reduce only by the help of proper knowledge of fertilizer requirement for soil, but it cannot possible for an uneducated former. So we will take the help of a policy company.

Some other problems

• Farmers do not take decision about which crops should sow, and what is its appropriate time , agronomist give advice regarding this.
• How many number of irrigation required for a given crops, it is also provide by agronomist.
• Some problems exist like probability of which type of dieses would be possible in future?
• which type of crops should sow in which type of soil?
• Server database also help to district administration about proper amount of fertilizer required for a given reason?
there is report that excessive use of nitrogen fertilizers ( Ideal broad generalization is NTongue:K: 4:2:1) has resulted in ration of NTongue:K 15:9:1. Excessive use of nitrogen and phosphorus in state of Rajasthan. Agriculture department as per recent report (Rajasthan Patrika. 28/04/2012) has accepted that this is causing danger of wasteland development and reduced yield of crops. The use of fertilizers which was 2.4 million tons in 2010-2011 has increased to 2.7 million tons in 2011-2012. Unbalanced use of fertilizers is reducing the soil fertility and damaging physical conditions of the soil

OUR SCHEME FOR SOLUTIONS

To reduce the above problems , we developed a scheme in which a insurance company takes the responsibility of insurance of crops of forme4rs.
For this purpose, company will appoint an agent. the main aim of agent is to test the soil and send the tested data to server through the mobile communication via sms. This data extracted in appropriate format,
