Description
As a Value Added Service provider, VASComtech has lots of voice based products for mobile subscribers. The IVRS MIS Application is used to generate MIS reports, monitor the call flow and to see live calls. Using this application the user can generate various MIS reports like Product wise, Service Provider wise, Circle wise reports for given date and time range. The users can also monitor the number of current live callers who are using the products. This application is developed using Struts 2.0 framework, Java, J2EE.
Responsibilities
Involved in development of front end, middle tier and back end.
Creating unit test cases.
Testing and debugging the products.
Performance tuning and application monitoring.
SMS Service
VASComtech has tie up with a popular Tamil TV Media channel to display SMS send by mobile subscriber to their short-code. SMS service application is used to go through the SMS send by mobile subscriber and filter unwanted contents getting displayed in screen. All SMS send by the subscribers to the given keyword will be listed in this application and the user will approve or reject the SMS. All approved SMS can be published, which will be return into a text file from which the media's cg application will read and air it. The application itself will reject SMS with predefined unwanted keywords. This application also has features to generate reports to see total number of SMS received, approved, rejected, displayed for given date and time range
