Anyone help me out by providing report on OTP based door locking system using GSM and controller
ABSTRACT
This project enables a prototype secure door that can be remotely controlled by a GSM phone set acting
the transmitter and other mobile phone with a Dual Tone multi-frequency (DTMF) connected
the door motor via a DTMF decoder interfacing with microcontroller-unit and a stepper motor. The
design consists of four functional modules, namely; the GSM module, the module decoding,
controlling module and the switching module. The GSM module work if both functions
device makes use of the use of a mobile phone to set that as a means of communication between the user on the one
end and purpose of access (d.w.z. the door) and other receiving end. The decoding module and the
driving the module are made possible with the help of modern integrated circuit chips provide good conversion
of signal binary codes, so that the microcontroller to communicate with the device
responsible for opening and closing the door. The codes for this project was written in assembler
Visual Basic software and compiled with M-IDE studio for MC-51compiler that work perfectly
with Windows XP environment, run the program without errors before burning on the microcontroller
using a device with the name of the programmer by placing the microcontroller on socket similar to the PIN.

Strengthen the mode of security locks and chains. Doors are made of metal not only wood
more. Influential people in our society bullet proof doors ensure a good measure of the safety of
self and family. The security sector is experiencing diversification as it has never before seen. This has
brought about the need to increase the reliability of existing systems to assess and look into the possibility of
creating better systems that smarter and safer



The micro-controller based digital lock presented here is an access control system that only allows
authorized individuals access to a restricted area, this system is the most suitable for offices, automated
machine (ATM) and internal security. It consists of a small electronic unit that is set at the entrance
door to an electromagnetic-operated lock using a stepper motor, determine when a competent person enters
predefined user password using the global system for mobile communications (GSM) keyboard, the stepper motor
engine is used for a limited time to unlock the electromagnetic-operated locking so that the door can be opened. At the
End selected delay time, the stepper motor powered in reverse and the door is locked again.
When the code is entered wrong three times in a row, will the code lock to switch to the mode to block,
This function thwarts any attempt by "hackers" to quickly try a large number of codes in an order. If the
user password, the code lock can be accessed by a unique 8-digit administrator password, and the
secret code can be modified at any time after entering the current code (Master code).
The project aims to the microcontroller to communicate with the GSM modem and start/stop the engine by
sending the predefined messages from the mobile phone to the control unit, the software application and
the implementation hardware help from the microcontroller to read the messages sent by the user from a mobile
phone to send messages to the mobile phone using the modem and change the status of the
engine engine required. The degree of efficiency is dependent on how fast the microcontroller detecting
incoming message and act accordingly.
The system is fully designed using GSM and embedded systems technology. The Controlling unit has a
application program to the microcontroller to read the incoming data through the modem and the control of the
engine motor as per the requirement. The performance of the design is maintained by the control unit.
This project uses 8051 microcontroller as the central processing unit. In particular, the proto-type make used
by AT89S52 microcontroller with programs written in Assembly language burned in the microcontroller
