Hello, this is Elavarasan. K I want to full detail about design a tesala turbine using magntic bearing kindly inform about tha thankyou...
On the Tesla turbine-proceed to the simple steam engine, please.

I know of a commercial tesla pump, and it is very expensive. I know of no commercial Tesla Motors. Point is-to do this properly-with a long life span and the right seals-is advanced technology, and as far as I know, not yet the realm of ' appropriate technology ' engineering. Sure, small toys work as examples, just like the Pico turbine works to an LED to provide power.

We considered the Tesla turbine seriously, I had materials quotations drawn up-and then I found out that a typical implementation is 40% efficient, and best documented one is 60 at http://obilaser.com. Piston steam engines are only 15% efficient, can be steam turbines up to 60% efficient, but very complicated and expensive to make. Notice that most of the energy is lost in the energy conversion process (to steam from the water), the engine itself has nothing to do with it and even the most optimum design still quite low energy efficiency ratios. Compressed air can more efficiently, but a good full system (including compressor is also hard to make)

When I recognized this and is considered a limited working fluid in a solar concentrator sytem-I said bye-bye turbine

It seems like the core of many of these devices are based on the boundary layer effect seeks to more efficient than other turbines. Below are some of the topics that this House inventor used in this device:

2 sets of 5 rectangular ceramic based magnets
2 sets of 3 ring magnets on the shaft
12 smooth rotor disks, 1 ' 75 "in diameter
small DC generator belt driven off floating end of the axis
10 two-coloured leds off generator
(The axis is supported by magnetic force)
With the generator belt runs on |9 14750 rpm 50 psi. It runs on 11000 + rpm under load.
