ABSTRACT
Driving without license is a major cause of road accidents. This project is based on “driving license registration” which would enhance to get license by online registration. The main of this project is to issue license by the RTO office and allow online learners license test for the applicant. Provide services like applying driving license through online, booking slots for learner’s driving license and day to day updating of application status.
This system can be seen in four modules, administrative module, license module, test module, users module.
All details entered by the administrator are managed from the internet pages. This also helps RTO department to update data of citizen’s application. The license issued date and expiry are controlled and managed and all details of the online registration can be handled in administrative module.
The all license issued details are managed through the license module, such as learner license, driving license, changing address of license and renew the license.
When a learner is applying for license the test is taken by the applicant, the applied person test details are managed by the test module.
User module allows users to login and apply for license and use any other feature.
EXISTING SYSTEM DISADVANTAGES
The existing system have the main disadvantage is that the paper work, that is applicant should filled up the form and submit along with necessary details. The time and cost taken for applying license is huge. There is no communication or link between the citizen and the RTO department, that all handled by the agent, and also the multiple registration, delay in issuing driving license, irregular renewal of driver’s license are another issues. Here the man work is essential.
PROPOSED SYSTEM ADVANTAGES
This system provides a scope of replacing existing manual procedure which is not accurate and time delaying process. This system provide facility for the online learners test so the user can perform test in anywhere in a particular time and the applicant should register the license in a onetime registration format so any failure occurred in the test the applicant should appear in same application, only updating status of the application . This will maintain and manage the operation about the license registration smoothly with minimum errors.We can directly communicate with authorized persons.

Language used : C#.net
Back end : SQL SERVER 2008.
Browser : Google chrome.
