INTRODUCTION


Dynamic Architecture is an important step ahead towards the architecture of the Future. Dynamic architecture skyscrapers will keep moving, forever changing their shape to better fit nature.

Dynamic architecture marks a new era in architecture. This new approach, based on motion dynamics, is in fact a challenge to traditional architecture that until now was based on gravity. From now on, buildings will have a fourth new dimension TIME.



INNOVATIONS


Dynamic Architecture reveals three major innovations:-

changing shapes
industrial production of units
self-production of clean energy.



BUILDING IN MOTION

Dynamic Architecture buildings keep modifying their shape. As each floor rotates separately, the form of the building changes constantly; you may not see the same building twice.
Each floor will rotate at a speed of around 1 hour to 6 hours for one revolution.
Residents, if they own the entire floor, are able to control the speed and direction of the rotation by voice command.


INNOVATIONS

Dynamic Architecture reveals three major innovations:-

self-production of clean energy.


PREFABRICATION


These buildings are made of prefabricated units with factory built modules for each floor.
Each individual unit can be completely finished at the Factory and exported worldwide to the assembly site , ready for quick and efficient installation.
Only the concrete spine is to be constructed at the site. Each unit will arrive on-site plumbed and fitted with electrical conduits.  The units and floors will then be assembled around the concrete spine of the tower in such a way that each floor will be able to rotate on its own.
The factory-made construction process offers many of the advantages of any modern industrial product: conserving energy, reducing construction time and dramatically cutting costs


GREEN POWER PLANT

The entire tower will be powered from wind turbines and solar panels. Enough surplus electricity should be produced to power five other similar sized buildings in the vicinity. The turbines will be located between the roof and top of each of the rotating floors.
The wind turbines between each floor make the tower an environmentally positive construction, generating a large excess of power to put back into the energy grid making it a true Green power plant.
The Dynamic Tower’s wind turbines are practically invisible and extremely quiet due to their special shape and the carbon fiber material of which they are composed.
Photovoltaic ink is to be placed on each roof of each rotating floor to produce solar energy. With approximately 20% of each roof exposed to the sun and light, a building with 80 roofs equals the roofing space of 10 similar size buildings.
