Abstract
The main intention of introducing this system is to reduce the manual work at Health center counters. Every sort of task is performed by the system, such as registering different types of persons (i.e. patient, doctor, medicine company and health inspector), enquiries, and complaints etc. reducing much paper work and burden of file storage. Also the latest information is right available for the officials and executives wherever they require. The system also facilitates the medicine company to enquire about the drugs and about the stock to be ordered and about the expiry date.
There are a lot of benefits to the Health center by placing the system at their registration and at drug store office. At the same time the patients are also benefited using this system. They can get the work done within no time.
Using the system is as simple as using the personal computer. Since end user computing is developing in our country, it is beneficial to both Health center and the patients. Every step is clearly defined and help is provided through out the application to the user. Even the exceptions are handled well to avoid confusion.
The heath center can get much out of the system. The system is used to enter the patient details and to enter the details about the health center and the details about the in-patient and out-patient in detail and about the reports of the patients. This system represents the patient by the ID number and this is main criteria how the patient is provided by the free services. The drug information and the specifications is also provided in this Global Clinic System.

In the era of technology, where everything needs to be done efficiently and effectively the existences of Global Clinic become necessary.
The use of Global Clinic can enhance the services and also the work flow of all activity that happens in hospitals where it helps in reducing the workload of medical staff, the number of man power needed and it also make clinic management become more Manageable and easier to control.
In this system we are going to develop one dynamic website on which patient can upload their all primary detail, past record etc. Doctor and Hospital can also upload their detail with specialist. Health Inspector investigates about the health related problems.
The project support to administrator to access complete application, patient can registered through online, doctors manages and view patients report as well as their past reports, and medical store administrator can view suggested prescription.
Each patients of the clinic has a unique patient id and password, patient can login to the clinic website and patient can view appointment details, patient reports etc. Medicine Company can upload medicine information online. Doctor can also suggest them for medicine.
This Global Clinic System helps the clinic to store their confidential data especially patient data in a very secure way and easy to keep track in future when they want to use it as data are stored safely on cloud.
Furthermore, only certain authority user could access to confidential data in order to protect the patient privacy.
A. Problem Summary
Maintenance of database is difficult.
Maintenance of Database is such a difficult task to do manually.
No authentication is provided to the database.
When the authentication is not provided, then anyone have rights to access database.
Information related to clinic is not centrally available.
Information about hospital, doctor, and patient are not available centrally all over and also health monitoring system not available.
B. Aim and Objective
The fundamental goal is to add to the site that covers every one of the parts of administration and operations of clinics. It empowers us to enhance operational adequacy, lessen expenses, diminish therapeutic mistakes, decrease time utilization and improve nature of consideration. Capacity of information can be kept securely on cloud.

Admin: Admin should have prior knowledge of the system. Admin is able to control the whole system. He/she can add, delete, update and modify the data.
Doctors: Doctor should fairly know about the usage of the system. Doctors are able to see the respective appointments taken. And also can view patient’s details and records.
Patient: Anyone can view the information of the clinic. Patients can view their own records and doctors details and timings. And also can take appointment online.
Medicine: Medicine Company can register to website and give details about various Medicines. And also upload details of new medicine available.
Health Inspector: It investigates about health related problems and maintains health monitoring system.
4.0 FUTURE SCOPE
Our website is Global Clinic that can be access any where any time through internet. Our future work is storing large amount of data for future point of view and making Health Monitoring System. Through this website we reduce manual efforts for maintaining the system and reducing process time. Emphasis on accuracy data. Assures security and validity. Fully automated, need for human intervention. The project being developed with friendly user interface can be used by any user.
5.0 CONCLUSION
It has been a great pleasure to work on this exciting and challenging project. This project provided practical knowledge of not only programming in ASP.NET and C#.NET Web based application and some extent Window Form & SQL Server, but also about all handling procedure related with “Global Clinic”. It also provides knowledge about the latest technology used in developing web application. This will provide better opportunities and guidance in future in developing projects independently. This website will reduce many paperwork and help people to solve a problem which faced by the people in health related problems.
