Requirement Specification
Existing System
There is manual and computerized both types of system are
available.
In the manual system all works are doing into paper work in
register book or entry in to account of the users in manually by
person.
In this manual system user is not able to generate report
dynamically.
It is generated by person manually so, it is complex as well as it
take more time.
In computerized system the following functionality is available as
below define.
There is already existing system which is in MS Excel.
It is very complicated to handle and manage.
For Each and every client it is compulsory to make separate excel
sheet. So it contain large excel sheet data.
It is very difficult to generate reports.
Client can not register but manually added by operator.
Need for the New System
• In new system it based on computerized.
• Using this system the following task is easy to perform.

• Easy to store and maintain client information.
• Easy to Calculate interest on EMI(Every Month Installment).
• Easy to generate report of client information and receivable EMI.
• Easily find out the coming up EMI.
• It is computerized so very easy to generate dynamic reports on
using difference parameters.
• It is reduced the work of time.

• This module provides functionalities for client.
• Client want to sign in in to system it required to give first
registration detail.
• The client registers to the website initially.
• The client give the request for vehicle finance.
• Client is able to submit document for finance.
• Documentation like address proof, salary slip, document of
vehicle, check book etc.
• client is able to see the finance status of the vehicle.
Admin.
• This module provides functionalities related to Admin.
• Admin is accept the request of the finance from the client.
• Admin is able to collect Documentation like address proof, salary
slip, document of vehicle, check book etc. as proof.
• Admin is response or accept the vehicle finance.
• Provide a finance to the customer.
• 80% of finance on vehicle is allowed by admin.
• 2% to 3% interest calculates on finance.
• 0.6% of service tax calculates on finance as per rules regulation.
• EMI calculates on finance.
• Installment provides on finance.
• Admin is able to see the report on different parameter.
