Software requirements.
The requirements have become a key point in the operation and development of computer applications. A large number of software projects capsize due to poor definition, specification and requirements management. Factors such as incomplete requirements or poor management of changing requirements lead to total failure to complete projects.



General purpose tools
It's the kind of software that deals, as the name suggests, for processing tasks for users and common information that are commonly used.



They do not deal with any specific tasks per se, but can serve as a great support program for programs dealing with aspects of work of the particular application.

These programs are drivers of productivity or productivity suites in the sense that these applications allow users to adjust certain tasks.
A good example of this type of software is a spreadsheet program. The reason for this is because not only create spreadsheets, if they do not let you create spreadsheets that can handle a lot of tasks.
Database software can also be considered an application commonly used because the databases can be used for a variety of tasks and applications. You can use a database as a list of name, address and telephone number of the person included in each entry.
