Maintenance of Siemens S7-400 System, I/O panels, IMCC(simocode feeders),ABB V.F.D’S AC & DC.
Analyze technical aspects of area operations and drive towards continuous improvements.
Why, why analyses for break downs and carrying TPM activities.
Inventory control through repairing of unused equipment
Knowledge on COMPUTERISED MAINTENANCE MANAGEMENT SYSTEM. (For tracking total breakdowns, spares used, manpower utilized for each equipment wise and to analyze the same).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with strong ability in driving work force towards accomplishing business and individual goals.
