That, I am registered as an Advocate with Bar Council of Gujarat since 2007.
That, I had worked with the Senior Advocate Shri D. R. Thacker for the period 2007-2011 at Nakhatrana Kachchh. As I was relocated to Anjar due to personal reasons I had started working at Anjar with Senior Advocate Shri K. R. Madiyar. I was attached with these both senior advocates at Nakhatrana and Anjar who both are empanelled in various Banks as Panel Advocates and I had gained the experience relating to legal court matters i.e. Recovery of Debts & Others as well as Banking Activities like issuing Title Clearance Certificate, Preparing Various documents related to Banking activities like preparation of Agreements, Deeds etc. and issuing Notices in various matters. I got the experience relating to Court matter like Civil, Criminal, Revenue, Consumer, MACP etc. At present I am empanelled in above Bank and Society who is regularly asking me for Advice, Issuance of Title Certificate and also doing other Banking Work etc. and having experience to deal in several matters related to Bank as well as court.
While doing my practice as an Advocate in Nakhatrana and Anjar, I dealt with many types of the litigations and also dealt with the matters pertaining to Properties, Drafting Documents, various types of Deeds, Agreements etc. I also dealt with the Banking Activities as I was trained under the advocates who are empanelled in various Banks as Panel Advocate as well as I am empanelled in above mentioned Banks who is regularly assigning work to me.
At present I am empanelled with Dena Gujarat Gramin Bank and Kutch District Central Co-op. Bank Ltd. As Panel Advocate and these banks are regularly asking me for the clearance of Title, NEC, Vetting and Verification of Bank’s documents, A/c. death claims and after the loan procedure regarding registration of various documents like MOE & Others in the office of the concern Sub-registrar.
I am not assessed to Income Tax. I am willing to undertake bank’s legal work on bank’s terms and conditions. Bank’s schedule of fees is acceptable to me, if any.
Moreover I declare that under no circumstances, I would use any legend containing the bank’s name or symbol in my letter heads, sign-boards, name-plates etc. I will not appear/advise against the Bank as long as I am in the panel.
I am aware that inclusion of my name in the panel or engaging me as counsel in any of Bank’s litigation does not constitute appointment or right for appointment. Bank is free to engage any advocate of its choice.
It is requested that, your bank if consider necessary, make an inquiry regarding my experience and work before considering my request for the enrolment.
