Weed control is the most important problem that will reduce the farmer
Interest to continue cultivating. The sharp shortage of farmer labour, declining acreage per acre, and economic frustration are among the key factors that undermine a farmer's confidence in continued farming. Therefore, mechanical trimmer is necessary to reduce the work force. Environmental degradation and pollution caused by chemicals is reduced by the use of mechanical debris. Effective low performance, low working effort and high time requirement for different types of hoe or knife, can be overcome through use Of mechanical brush-cutter. The objective of the work is to construct and develop the motorised brush cutter, to provide the best opportunity for the cultivation (peanut and tomato at the initial level) to settle after sowing and to grow vigorously until harvest time. Invariably, weeds always grow where they do not want to. For this a special type of weed remover is designed and built. The weeder is driven by the gasoline engine to move forward and the blade is fixed in the rear is placed in the roots of the weeds, once the engine is started then the leaf Start cutting the weeds and once the operation is completed the weeder is changed to the next row, as this the whole land of crop is made as weed. It is faster than the traditional method of weed elimination. The main advantage is reducing the cost of labour by reducing the number of jobs and less time consuming. The operation is made to be simple that even anyone can handle, simply by handling it without any stress.

The basic agricultural requirement is plowing, planting seeds and wedding unwanted plants. Thus, we have developed the machine, which can perform these three operations simultaneously by one machine at the same time.
Around 75% People live in rural areas and still depend on agriculture. They are mostly illiterate. Therefore, we have developed a design as simple as possible. It can be easily operated and the concept is tested by making the prototype model using 3D printing technology (Additive Manufacturing / Rapid Prototype technology).
