ABSTRACT:
In this we concentrate on sigma delta modulator to produce high resolution with less power consumption and without change in conversion speed. low pass filter is used to get the band pass signal
Driven by the digital circuit technology, the feature size of transistors has shrunk into the sub-100nm range earlier than estimated. The working voltage is decreased as a consequence of the size reduction in order to avoid transistor breakdown. However, the decreased supply voltage restricts the signal swing in analog circuits and makes analog designs more difficult. At the same time, portable electronics require low power consumption to extend the battery life time. These factors make low-voltage low-power circuits one of today’s important research areas.
PSoC is a reconfigurable architecture that replaces traditional ASIC -, microcontroller-based designs. Customers often refer to PSoC as a flash configurable ASIC that future proofs their designs by allowing last minute design changes.
Mixed-Signal Array with On-Chip Controller M83 8-bit CPU, Flash, RAM&ROM memories(programs, data) .configurable i/o pins, programmable inter connects to on –chip modules. some fixed functions (MACs, I2C, USB/WUSB)configurable blocks of digital circuits
and configurable blocks of analog circuits lies between fixed-function microcontroller and asic/fpga solutions. Simulation will be done in mat lab.
