SYNOPSIS
GPS And GSM Based Explosive Detector And Location Identifier For Mobiles
Aim:
The aim of this project is to develop such a system that which can identify and inform about the explosives and then sending the SMS to the police security department.
Functional Block Diagram:
FUNCTIONAL DISCRIPTION:
Here the explosives are detected by the metal detector and which will be attached with the mobile in real time, since we can not access the hard ware of the mobile, instead of mobile we are using GSM (global system for mobile applications) modem which is interfaced to the microcontroller and to which metal detector is also interfaced.
If the metal is detected (explosive) by the detector, then micro will collect the location co-ordinates like latitude and longitude from the GPS(Global Positioning System) receiver and then identifies the location and then sends the message to the authorized person’s mobile in the form of SMS indicating the detection of the explosive and as well as location.
Application and advantages:
This feature can be implemented in the mobiles to detect the explosive and then alerts the police about the location to avoid the explosion.
