With the advancement of electronics and computing, mobile communication technology takes us to a completely different world of fast moving. In this scenario, we have many responsibilities, one of which is to vote for our country, but we do not even have time for it, and our votes can not be useful to our nation either because of the false votes and the choice. This problem is rectified by the latest voting system as "Mobile voting system" discussed in this document. The mobile voting system uses efficient techniques, iris recognition and cryptography for the safe voting process. Recognition of the iris and cryptography avoids false vows and the cheating process. The electoral commission spends a lot of money, for each election unnecessarily, that will be minimized by this system. This system allows the voter to vote the Nation from his own place.

Mobile voting system use iris recognition and cryptography techniques, for voting purposes, the encryption algorithm is loaded into the mobile phone. Just like the eye scanner that scans the iris is fixed on the mobile, so the mobile phone with camera is preferred for that. To get the vote the iris of the voters' eye is recognized. During transmission from the origin (mobile) to the destination (database system of choices) the data is encrypted using the encryption algorithm. The sending and receiving of data is done with the help of mobile networks.

As democracies around the world struggle with the challenges associated with electronic voting systems, here a voting system based on mobile phones that is incorporated into the current large-scale electoral process gives the promising research. Traditionally, the voting process is organized centrally or distributed, called voting booths. The previous process of choice is quite complex and time-consuming. People were waiting in line for a long time. To reduce this problem the mobile voting system is introduced. This mobile voting system offers many benefits, such as we do not need to go to polling stations, it is not necessary to use ballot papers and we have time and cost efficiency and also prevents tiredness and violence. Costly hardware is not used in our system. For different reasons, voters can not reach voting booths physically, but now with the use of this new system can vote remotely. For example, you can vote from home or while traveling abroad or sitting in the office. That's why there is more demand for distance voting. In this system the procedures are easy, transparent and safe.

The proposed system uses the mobile phone device having: small in size, low power, low price as compared to computers and direct electronic recording electronic voting system, electronic voting machine, provides the feature of mobility and security. The proposed system uses the Global System for Mobile Communication technology, which is a secure mobile technology used globally in the current situation. The mobile phone also uses Subscriber Identity Module technology, which provides user identity privacy, user identity verification and subscriber data secrecy, providing greater security to the proposed system.

The main features of our voting system for mobile phones are:
1. Eligibility: Only the authorized voter can cast his vote.
2. Oneness: Each user can cast their only vote.
3. Integrity: The valid vote should not be modified or deleted.
4. Equity: The result of the election should not be accessible before the official time ended.
5. Secret: No one should be able to find how the voter cast their vote.
6. Profitability: The electoral system must be efficient and affordable.
