To obtain Digital display of data of an altimeter of an aircraft.
ADVANTAGES
Accuracy is more in comparison to analog instruments.
No damping required as no analog instruments are used.
Failure rate of instrument is very less.
DISAVANTAGES
Display is controlled by a single computer and any malfunction of computer will cease the display of data.

In future by using the different display unit we can display different parameters like
speed
temperature
acceleration….etc
which helps the pilot to control the aircraft.
conclusion
This project “DIGITAL DISPLAY OF ANALOG MEASUREMENTS” which displays the altitude of the aircraft is useful for the control of aircraft by the pilot where it is needed know the altitude of aircraft.
This reduces difficulty of the pilot in controlling the aircraft.
The altitude of the aircraft is displayed in the display unit by simply taking pressure as input.
