Through sending and receiving wordless messages.

Non-verbal can go without verbal communication.
Verbal can’t go without non-verbal communication
VERBAL COMMUNICATION

Basically, it is communication within yourself.

Personality – emotions, thoughts and behavior patterns that a person has
