1. Introduction
1.1 Purpose
This project is about “Aoutomobile Shop” which help for the get bill,proper price of any equipment and gives the idea about availability. This project help for getting the accurate and fast accessing of the price of any material which is avialable in the atuomobile shop . Using this project we can easily get the bill of customer.
1.2 Document Conventions
All format of documentation is in ariel font. The level-1 heading is in 34 and title of project is in 24 size. While other are in size 11.The content of SRS is in italic font.
1.3 Intended Audience and Reading Suggestions
This document is intended for those who are interested to manage automobile shop with advance technique and want to get the auotomated bill.
1.4 Project Scope
Automobile shop gives the idea about price of all material which is available in shop and get the instant bill.

2. Overall Description
2.1 Product Perspective
A automobile shop provides a price of varieous type of tractor under the M.A.I.D.C LIMITED.The price list is given by respective companies. And companies are authorised by M.A.I.D.C LIMITED. It provides Consession(subsheedi) for the customer(farmer having legle doucuments of Farm).the condition for cunsession customer must be owner of farm.
2.2 Product Features
Automobile shop gives the idea about price of all material which is available in shop and get the instant bill. We can maintain the database of customer,tractors price,and various goods.
2.3 User Classes and Characteristics
This product can be used by automobile owner who must be authorised dealer for respective companies(VST,Kubota,Krushivator) .
2.4 Operating Environment
This project is created using Visual Basic 0.6 and Oracle 9i software’s. So it is suggest that to use Windows Xp operating system as both software are comfortable for these operating system.
2.5 Design and Implementation Constraints
The one of the issue that limit the program is when Price change user should update the price manualy at that time to get accurate bill. Again the Oracle 9i is not successfully run on Windows 7 so this project is limited to Xp operating system.
2.6 Customer Documentation
Customer documentation contain its id as primary key ,Name, adress,contact number,material purchased. It also contain documentation for services provided by dealer.
2.7 Assumptions and Dependencies
If we assume that if price list is not updated, then that could affect the accuracy of the bill stated in the SRS.
3. System Features
This project states following feature
1. Calculate the Bill
2. Keep the record of customer
3.Check the availability of material
3.1 System Feature 1
With the help of this feature we can calculate the bill of customer..As the M.A.I.D.C LIMITED states that rules for customer.
3.2 System Feature 2
It keeps the record of the customer who purchased the Tractor .It keep the record of services provided by dealer.
3.3 System Feature 3
With help of this features user can check the availability of various Tractors and material.
4. External Interface Requirements
4.1 User Interface
Visual basic 0.6 is use for user interface for this project. We use the key such as Add,Delete,Update to add,delete,update record of customer,Tractor. Bill genration key to calculate the bill of customer.Help key to gate more help about the shop. We also provide the form to get the complite specification of tractor of respective companies which help to compare one product to other to get better qualities.
4.2 Hardware Interfaces
Hardware interface for the project are whole computer assembly with windows operating system. To communicate with user interface we use oracle 9i.
4.3 Software Interfaces
Visual basic 0.6 is used as user interface and Oracle 9i is used to communicate with user interface.
5. Other Nonfunctional Requirements
5.1 Performance Requirements
This project performs well in windows xp operating system. To perform on other operating system like windows vista or windows 7 we have to change the communicating software i.e. oracle 9i,in market oracle 11g is available so user can use these software to make project comfortable with windows vista and windows 7 operating system.
5.2 Safety Requirements
For safety purpose we use VB programing and give user name and password to the project also there in oracle we can create our own password so it is more useful for safety as well as for security.
5.3 Software Quality Attributes
As this project is only work on windows xp operating system due to oracle 9i .If user want to develop same project on other operating system he can do it by using oracle 11g software.
Appendix A: Glossary
This project is useful for automobile shop to keep the record of various customer and various price tag for Tractor as well as material.it also help for checking the availability of various material.
