Hand operated milking machine is a innovative machine developed by Mr. Raghava gowda, a primary school teacher and farmer from a small village near Mangalore. This machine was awarded the NIF sponsored state award for grass root level innovation in the year 2005.
Mr. Raghava gowda is the Indian patent rights holder for simple Hand Milking Machine.
This low cost milking machine is in use at more than 500 houses in Karnataka. Also this machine is scattered at all parts of India including Srinagar, and hill areas of Assam.
Single phase AC motor driven milking machine
This Milking machine is driven by AC geared motor, through a linkage. This Machine is mounted on a stainless steel trolley and can be dragged easily in cow shed.
volt battery driven milking machine
Milking machine is driven by 12 volt DC geared Motor, through a linkage. This Machine is mounted on a stainless steel trolley and can be dragged easily in cow shed. A battery charger is used to charge the battery. Once charged, the machine can run for 2 hours continuously.
