Dear Concern,
I am from Brothers Construction Company in Bangladesh.
We are planning to launch a Transformer Manufacturing Plant near the capital city Dhaka. Our plan is to produce Transformer of following Types and Ratings-
a. Distribution Transformer:
Single Phase- 5 KVA to 833 KVA
Three Phase- Up to 500 KVA
b. Power Transformer- up to 5 MVA
For this, we need to know the sourcing process to find out the prices and specifications of the following equipment from different renowned companies all over the world so that we can check the feasibility in an cost effective way:
01. Corrugated Steel Tank Forming and Welding Machine
02. Cut-to-length Line for Transformer Lamination
03. Slitting Line for Transformer Lamination
04. Horizontal Winding Machine
05. Automatic Winding Machine
06. Expandable Winding Mandrel
07. Curve Slitting Line for Silicon Steel Strip
08. Core Winding Machine
09. Annealing Furnace
10. Tank Fabrication Line
In fact we are in a hurry to finalize the project profile. For simplicity, we are also interested to have engineering/consultancy service from any person/company.
Please help us in this regard.
