INTRODUCTION
The hospital management system is a data base system. In this system, we will give full information of the hospital administration to the users. The users can be very quickly familiar with the system. This system will make all the work more easily as compared to manual system. The hospital management system is a run time project and it also provides a good flexibility and quick service. In this system, we briefly describe some main modules that are generally used in every hospital Administration.
These are some modules generally use in any hospital and also very important :-
ADMISSION:- Using this module user will be able to add the patient record in related to his/her name ,address ,phone-number ,age ,sex and disease , so that user can book bed in an particular room.
DISCHARGE: -Using this module user will be able to delete the patient record from the Patient record file and can change the availability status of the room.
ROOM STATUS:- User can anytime see the current status of the available Room in the hospital.
PATIENT LIST & RECORD:- Using this module, User can anytime see the list of the patient and user can anytime see the full patient record .
EDIT:- Using this module user can add or edit the room or Doctor record in the hospital.
OBJECTIVE
This project is design to satisfy the need of the hospital employee who are using computer.

To the user keep track of the admission of patient and discharge of patient.

PURPOSE OF THE PROJECT
Purpose of this project is to computerize the daily working of the Hospital. This project will replaces all the paper work transactions become very fast and accurate.
Some more aspect is as follows:-
it enables hospitals and doctors to better serve their patients.
Improved quality of patient care
Increased nursing productivity
Reducing the time spent by staff filling out forms, freeing resources for more critical tasks
Better quality of care, procedures and service to Patients.
Control over the costs incurred by diagnosis-related groups.
Scope of the Project
It can be used in various hospitals and nursing homes.
It can also use for providing annual reports.
It is use to enhance technology.
