Path Planning Automated Guided Robot

[attachment=24877]
Introduction:

Robotics is known as a new revolution to the entity of beings that varies according to its uses. In modern day environments, robotics and automation are involved in almost every industrial activity and conveniently improve the efficiency, productivity and reliability of a system. Robotics is also implemented in medical practice, construction, outer-space exploration, household assistance, mobile transportation and quite recently, underwater exploration.
Robotic mapping is related to cartography. The goal for an autonomous robot to be able to construct (or use ) a map or floor plan and to localize itself in it. Robotic mapping is that branch of one, which deals with the study and application of ability to construct map or floor plan by the autonomous robot and to localize itself in it.

Microprocessor, Microcontroller and Programming Basics

A microcontroller is a highly integrated chip which performs controlling functions. A microcontroller, or embedded controller, is similar to a microprocessor as used in a personal computer, but with a great deal of additional functionality combined onto the same monolithic semiconductor substrate. Microcontrollers, sometimes referred to as one-chip microcomputers, are used to control a wide range of electrical and mechanical appliances. Since they were first introduced, microcontrollers have evolved to the point where they can use for increasing complex applications.

Sensors

Temperature sensor is often sensing devices embedded within some sort of insulation. The insulation may often be for electrical purposes - to isolate the sensor electrically. “Irrigation is the most important cultural practice and most labor intensive task in daily greenhouse operation. Knowing when and how much to water is two important aspects of irrigation. To do this automatically, sensors and methods are available to determine when plants may need water.”

Software Overview:

The ISE® software controls all aspects of the design flow. Through the Project Navigator
interface, you can access all of the design entry and design implementation tools. You can also access the files and documents associated with your project. Project Navigator Interface By default, the Project Navigator interface is divided into four panel sub-windows, as seen. On the top left are the Start, Design, Files, and Libraries panels, which include display and access to the source files in the project as well as access to running processes for the currently selected source. The Start panel provides quick access to opening projects as well as frequently access reference material, documentation and tutorials. At the bottom of the Project Navigator are the Console, Errors, and Warnings panels, which display status messages, errors, and warnings.
