Abstract
This software is meant for conducting elections in any educational institution. Mainly two databases are present; one for voters and other for candidates. There is also a database for posts. There are two front ends for software. One administrator and the other for voters. The administrator must create the database before the elections by using the tools provided in the administrator front end. The election can be held on a network in which one terminal must be set as a server in which the database is stored. The client can run the program from the server. Every voter is provided with an election number at the polling booth. The election number is 16 digit from which we can parse out all details of the candidate. After the election the administrator will get a text containing the results of the election.
