Automatic conveyor belt system

Introduction
It is a system which converts ac to dc and runs motor of 45 rpm. It is controlled by automatic laser detector and a sensor. When there is some goods or any load on the belt it runs at the desired speed and transfer the good from one place to another.
When there is no load on the belt automatically turn off and stops moving the belt.
Working:
First of all we convert 220v ac to 9volt ac by the help of step down transformer. Then we converts 9 volt ac to 9 volt dc with the help of diode .Sensor is also used to act with light intensity. The resistance of L.D.R increase or decrease on the intensity of laser light. This power is transferred to motor and transfer power to the belt and it rotates with 45 rpm.
Advantages:
It saves power.
Reduces man power.
Eco friendly.
Automatically operated.
Limitations:
High initial cost.
Cannot wear high load.
Laser cannot sense for distance places.
Applications:
Can be used in industries for transferring load from one place to another.
Can also be used in aerodrums for transferring luggage and goods from one place to another.
Conclusion:
After the whole summary we conclude that by use of automatic conveyor belt system we can save power, man power and can transfer goods and loads more efficiently from one place to another.
