Locking Assembly:
non-keyed locking device
locking mechanisms use the wedge principle to translate clamp loads from locking screws into radial contact pressures on the shaft and hub bore creating a mechanical interference fit.

Conveyer pulley uses series 1015.1(of M/S Dobikon/ M/s ringfeeder or German standard or equivalent)
The taper lock element is designed to withstand certain deflection which is difference of shaft deflection and diaphragm deflection.
Failure criteria of disc
Radial bending moment due to shaft deflection.
Radial direct stress due to pulley load.
Tangential shear stress due to drive torque.( )
