For any process, for any mechanism; for example, when driving a car you are simply a driver. But if you are a driver and a mechanic then you are better than being simply a driver because you know how to maintain a car.
If you want that your car runs well all 365 days of a year then you need to be a driver + mechanic + problem solver. You need to know if the car is not is not being driven properly, what is the problem with the car. How will you solve the problem if you don’t know what is the problem?

Connotations
Connotations normally refer to such emotional negative or positive words for which the other person feels insulted, for example, “bookworm”.
Denotations
Denotations are those words that neutralize the negative words. There is no tone attached with them. For example, instead of calling “sweeper”, you can call him “maintenance worker”.
Euphemisms
Euphemisms are those statements which you have mellowed down by the use of moderate words.
In case the news is extremely positive or negative, it can cause heart attacks. For example, if a boss calls his worker and says, “You are terminated from the job.” It is extremely negative words. Instead the boss must use moderate words, “For the moment your services are not required, you will be happily called”.
Connotations and Euphemisms can cause problems. For example, if you have cut down a joke on your friend but he had taken it as an insult, then it can break your relation.
