EDI In House Store

In House Store / Consignment Inventory
Customer site treated as NIC warehouse - “CUS”
Inventory levels maintained based on 830 (Customer Forecasts)
NIC receives Shipping Schedule (862) from Customer which automatically creates a ship only/no bill order.
Customer sends an Receipt Advice (861) when the product is received. We update the CUS warehouse inventory.
As material is used, Customer sends Purchase Order (850/856) which depletes the CUS warehouse inventory and invoices customer.
