SYNOPSIS
An INTELLIGENT BACKUP APPLIANCE does the hard work for you. It automatically finds the computers on your network, whether they are members of the Windows, Mac (OS X), or Linux family, so that you can back up all of these computers. It does not require you to install software on each computer. Complicated decisions about how and how often to back up information, how to include new computers in the backup strategy, and media labeling and rotation are done automatically. A powerful database keeps track of every file ever backed up so you don't have to. Reports are automatically generated and delivered in a convenient manner to insure proper operation and provide documentation for compliance with legal, audit and regulatory requirements.

PROPOSED SYSTEM:
This software is capable of using from lower configuration of Pc’s connected to the server to the higher configuration. When we start the project it needs to display one page with the entire network file servers in that network or shared document. After selecting the file server whenever we open the file (Except System files) it need to copy or modify the file to that file server on that user depending on from where he open the file.(like CD,USB Stick, Hard disk and Internet.
EXISTING SYSTEM:
The existing tools provide services only copying the data from the external devices to the systems. This tool doesn’t provide all the clients accessing information for the administrator. These can be run on only high level configured systems.
