Traffic rules and signals used in traffic regulation
Section -134Duty of Driver in case of Accident:
If you are involved in an accident then you should –Stop and give possible medical aid to injured person.
Report the matter to the nearest Police Station and also to 108 emergency service as soon as possible and Give your own and vehicle owners name and address in case of accident.
Section - 186 Driving when unfit to drive :
If any person is unable to driving because of mentally or physically unfit to drive and it can be cause of danger to the public, shall be punishable for the first time with fine of extend to Rs.200/-
Rules for Overtaking :-
Overtaking is prohibited at blind turns, corners, hill top and when indicated not to overtake by traffic signal - accident zone .
Overtaking must be done from right hand side. (Except when vehicle ahead is turning right)
Make your intentions clear before overtaking & do not overtake if driver ahead is not permits you to over take.
