ABSTRACT
Online Student Bus Pass Generation system is a web application for students to get bus passes through online.
This system was intended to develop an application for A.P.S.R.T.C to perform functionalities like accessing the basic information of a student from educational institutions for authentication and provide Bus pass to a particular student without placing him/her in a queue for a long time.
Online Student Bus Pass Generation system is helpful to A.P.S.R.T.C by reducing the paper work, time consumption and makes a process of getting Bus pass as simple and fast.
This system is helpful to students to get Bus pass from anywhere in the state and no need to worry about renewal of Bus pass.
Before this application implementation the mannual process is used to do the process of issuing the Bus pass to the students.This Mannual process requires man power and more time consuming.To avoid such difficulties we implemented this system.

The "Registration / renewal of bus passes online" is developed using Active Server Page.Net as Front-end and MS SQL Server as back-end. The bus pass registration is useful for passengers who are facing problems with the current manual work of registration and renewal of bus passes. Your renewal or registration can be done by credit card. In the manual system theusert has to go on the particular date and time if they fail, then the renewal can not be done.
This online bus pass registration application will help candidates save their time and renew bus pass without being on a line for hours near the counters. Initially applications need to register with the application by submitting their data over the Internet. The administrator will verify the applicant's details and if they are satisfied they will approve the bus pass. The candidate can login with his / her username and password and the renewal is done.
