• Maintaining the stores in ward and out ward ledgers
• Maintaining the stock ledgers of different items
• Segregation of items according to section wise
• Maintaining the site ledgers retiled to material sent to different site as per their requirement
• Maintaining the ledgers according to accounting principles required in manufacturing company such as raw material consumables repaired & maintenance , equipment &vehicle maintenance
• Raising the indents of different stock items as per the requirement
• Preparation of accounts statement according to the requirement of higher authorities
• I also involves in so many levels relates to the stores coordinating with general manager -factory
• Verifying material received with respective DC s /Bills.
• Making store inward entry in store inward book.
• Preparation of Daily issue reports.
• Preparation of Monthly stock reports.
• Keeping the material at respective places.
